Our Story So Far
Treacle Market Coffee Roasters was founded in 2018 with a clear and simple ambition: to bring genuinely exceptional coffee to Macclesfield and the wider Cheshire East community.
From the very beginning, we set out to do things differently. Rather than chasing volume, we committed to small-batch roasting, taking the time to understand each origin, develop each profile with care, and deliver coffee that is fresh, distinctive, and honest.
What started as a roastery with a passion for the craft has grown into a vibrant espresso bar and training hub, welcoming everyone from curious first-timers to seasoned industry professionals. Coffee, for us, has always been about people as much as it is about the bean.
Roasted With Precision
